Cancellation and advance payment conditions
Non refundable
- The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels at any time.
- The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation at any time.
Flexible - 7 days
- The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 7 days before the arrival date.
- The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date.
- If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- No advance payment required.
Flexible - 30 days
- The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- The client will have to pay the total price of the reservation if he cancels during the 30 days before the arrival date.
- If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- No advance payment required.
Customer payment options: online payment with VISA, MASTERCARD cards (via virtual POS and/or POS link).
Check-in and check-out hours
Entry from 15:00
Departure until 11:00
Refundable Damage Deposit:
A deposit for damages from EUR 150 is requested. The accommodation can make the PRE-AUTHORIZATION 14 days before arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you after check-out once the accommodation has been reviewed.
Eventual returns
If your reservation meets the refund requirements, it will be made by credit card or using the agreed method.
Conditions for stays with children
Children from 12 years old will be considered adults.
Crib Options:
There are cots available (on request).
Key collection:
The keys are collected at the customer service point.
Outside customer service point hours, contact previously to coordinate handing over the keys.
Rules:
You can not smoke.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events cannot be held.
No noise from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
